In Which I Take Hypothetical Things to a Whole New Level and Then Question My Sanity.

Ah, well, Touch Korea sent me an E-mail that told me to tell them all my personal information.

Not personal, don't worry parents. Just like my name and my blood type and my height and my eye-color and my address.

I'm KIDDING.

I guess now that you, Amy, signed up too, you got all this information too. Everything changes now! Ahahaha, Well, I guess I can include you in my wonderings.

So, I got the tour dates, And its pretty much goes like this.

1/3rd and 1/6th of the cool and an AWESOME tour.
3/3rds of the cool and a pretty awesome tour.
1/3rd of the awesome and a not so cool tour.
I saw this and my reaction was like,

WHY CAN'T ALL THE AWESOME BE IN ONE????
( His hat says "trust your instincts." I can understand that on a shirt, kind of, but why is it on a hat?)

If I ever have to choose, I think...bad things will happen. I'd almost them rather just, pick one for me.

How do they expect the winner to pick? Fan girling doesn't work like that. We have bias's but not like that. I'm pretty sure there's not a single person whose like, "That's what I want to tour AND those are the three people that I want to meet." Good for them, if that happens.

And where is Nichkhun this whole time? Probably hanging out with Victoria or something laaame like that. What, are these people too busy to meet crazed fans?

When I'm rich and famous, I will always make time for crazed fans. Unless they're like Jonghyun crazed fans and cause you to go to the hospital and miss like half your tour.

First world problems.

Last night I attempted to count how many people had under 100 views on their videos but I got bored around 400. There are still those crazy people who have like 3,000. What are they, famous? Cheaters? I don't get it.

I know its not going to happen, but it'd be pretty cool if we both got picked. I can still dream! I would be, like, the coolest thing ever.

Also, I like CN Blue. Mainly because they're happy and their album is called Ear Fun.

Bits and Pieces

I came to the music building to practice some piano and singing and stuff, but I was disrupted by the rehearsal for a fraternity concert that's starting in fifteen minutes. The problem with the proletariat practice rooms is that they aren't soundproof so you can hear everything that's going on in Hart Recital Hall. I have decided that the jazz big band and barbershop quartet sound is to my liking, and I think I will attend this concert, just because it's Saturday afternoon and I can do whatever I darn well want to.

I decided to make a talent thing and upload it to the Touch Korea place just for funsies. The problem is that I don't have very performable talents, so it is going to be pretty boring. But what's a girl to do? I can't just pass up an opportunity like this.

Later - I went to see the concert. It was pretty fun. It was put on by a music fraternity, and they were pretty cool. I got a little video, maybe I'll show you it sometime.

Today is one of those days that's good. I woke up this morning and realized that I didn't have anything pressing to do. That doesn't happen to me very often so it was kind of exciting. I drank all kinds of coffee and drew some things and did some Korean and rocked out to some BAP and planned my trip to the music building. So far I have been here for four hours, all filled with good times. One of my problems is that I used up my camera's battery filming the jazz business, and you know how long it takes to charge that thing even a tiny bit. I have to pass the time somehow.

It is 5:15 now. There is some kind of jazz funk going on now. It's fun to listen to but it is throwing off my groove. Bigtime.

Totes gonna go edit this video. I will leave you with this:

because I heard you like 2PM.

For My Parents and Anyone Else Who....

Cares enough to take time out of their day to come here and read about how Michelle can't enter a contest without thinking shes going to win.

Its true. I'm really not the kind of person to enter a contest and be like, "Now I'll forget about this so its nbd. If I win is "ehh" if I lose its also "ehh.""

But anyway, its necessary for me to gather supporters in order to win, and in order to gather supporters, I must explain all the things.

So here's the story:
There's this band called 2PM. Here is a picture of their faces.

Here is a picture of their bodies.
Now you know what they look like. And not that you could really be bothered, but their names are (in order of the first picture, left to right) Taec, Nichkhun, Chansung, Junho, Junsu, and Wooyoung.

They sing songs like this. Acrobatics like this, have fun like this, advertise like this, and make behind the scenes videos like this (subtitles shown by pressing the CC in the bottom right corner of the video).

They're awesome.

And now you know.

There is also another band called miss A. This is what they look like.

Their names are Suzy, Min, Jia and Fei. Suzy sings songs like this on shows like this with people from 2PM.

Together, miss A sings songs like this.

Well, together with Touch Korea, a website made for the sole purpose of getting people to go to Korea, 2PM and miss A are putting on a contest where you submit a video talking about how Korea has impacted or life, or a video with you doing something pertaining to K-pop, and after a certain amount of days they pick 21 videos with the most views, and then they decide from there. And the person who wins goes to Korea and spends a week with said bands and does who knows what. So, I submitted two videos.

The first one is me talking about Korea and how its "changed my life" or something.
The second one is a dance cover of 2PMs first single "10 points out of 10". (original dance version here)

The way you can help is by viewing the videos. Thats all you have to do. Unless you want to be a super awesome relative/friend and view them again...again and again and again and again. and then tell your friends and your friends friends and your grandmas cousin and your nieces parents....

and then I will get to go to Korea and have the time of my life and it will be TOTALLY AWESOME.

That is all. Now view, with joy.

Thoughts on Thursday

Ha, well, our internet is going pretty fast. I opened all the videos you talked about (and more) and they're all loading incredibly fast.

First thing: this happened last night, but its still funny. You know how me and Angela had to search around for Dance Academy on Youtube, and one of the videos top comments was, "came for the dancing, stayed for the hot asian" we laughed for like thirty seconds, and then we went to like three more videos and ALL the top comments were about Christian.

-CNBLUE, wow that is really fun on my ears! Its so catchy and wonderful! Sometimes I wonder if Shinwoos face is too tight for him to smile. He has pretty tight skin. Does that makes sense? I don't know, but I've always thought that.

-Jason Derulo,  I really really like that song, actually, its really beautiful. I watched the MV and he did some totally weird zombie dancing. I didn't really know he's a dancer, but he's like Chris Brown's twin, so it makes sense (more on that later). At one point he did like a jig or something, it was totally weird. Also, WOW he's worse at lip syncing than EXO-K. But yeah, I really liked the song.

-Justin Bieber, yeah, I did hear his song, but I wasn't really paying attention to the words, because when I watched Chesters cover I thought it was a parody because I couldn't imagine that JB would actually say "falsetto in thee two swag" or somethin-somethin "fondue". But yeah, I hope the rest of the album  has less talk-rapping and more rap-rapping.

-Chris Brown, when I watched that Jason Derulo video I was reminded how much he reminds me of Chris Brown, and then I remembered this song that we dance to in Hip Hop called Turn Up The Music, which I really liked, so I watched the video. Its kind of bizarre, and the song is very stereotypical dancy song, but a little ways in he starts doing crazy-dance in a suit, which is pretty cool, I must say. I feel his dance style is similar to his lifestyle: crazy. Make sure to watch it to the end, he has a fedora and a cane.
The way he approaches girls is similar to the way Taeyang approaches girls. You know what I mean.

-B1A4, I'd watched one of their MV's and it was the only song I'd heard of theirs, and I didn't like it that much. The song was in japanese or something so I don't know what its called, but  the whole thing was red and white and one of the guys hair was no bueno. But then I just watched Baby I'm Sorry, and daaaaang I really like it. The girl is really scary looking and one of the guys looks like Justin Chon minus the crazy nose.

-NU'EST, I heard about them a little while ago, and I watched a dance version to their song. It wasn't a legit dance version it was just a bunch of performances put together, but I remember being like, "this song is pretty cool! This dance is pretty cool!" but I didn't really do anything about it. Today I saw the music video and now I'm like "THEY ARE TOTALLY AWESOME." even if one of them really DOES look like a girl. You know its true because I only say it when its totally true. Its easier if you just assume that the whole "You're Beautiful" thing is happening there. But anyway, the band is cool, the dance is cool and the song is reeeally cool. Its called Face, by the way.

-Hip Hop Class, I mentioned something about Hip Hop class up there, and heres the dizzle. We got a new song, and its like five songs put together, but I found two of them. Let it Rain, or Chicken Noodle Soup, is the first one. That song is really old and I get the feeling that its one of those Teach me How to Dougie, or Superman songs where the song is only popular because of the dance. But the chorus is in our dance. And then the chorus of Outta your mind by Lil Jon ft LMFAO is also in the song. The chorus is totally legit, but the song is LAME and the music video is super sketch. Its a pretty stereotypical LMFAO music video with a pool party and a DJ and about three hundred slightly chubby white people. Why are they always chubby?

-You're a bigger beast fan than me so I'm sure you've seen/heard the song Bad Girl, but I just watched the music video and its totally fun. Also theres a random dance refrain. And goodness I love dance refrains.

- I found someone taller than Lee Min Ho. This is incredible! Chansung, the maknae of 2PM is 6 feet and half an inch! TALL.

-"2PM hands up tour in......thailand!"
0:35 - 1:00 bahahahahaha taec you da silly. Also the whole thing is funny because none of them know how to play any of those instruments. Apparently they're coming out with a new album pretty soon, and I'm super excited.

How did we miss this???? OH MY GOSH. 2:07 bahahahahah. And does Taec have corn rows? Why!! The maknae isn't my favorite, really, but I would totally pick black. Mainly because having seven backup dancers makes you looks really cool.

GD's sense of humor is surprising. I laughed for like seventeen minutes.
