Template

I changed the template because its time for new beginnings.

Just kidding, I got bored of the backround. We've had it since the beginning.

Also new beginnings is redundant. All beginnings are new. (you're welcome, Angela)

I'm watching You're Beautiful again, and for those of you who don't know what this is, (or don't remember my Shinwoo blogs (search the blog for Shinwoo and you can see my beatimus 'seventeen to one complete victory' poem)), Its a show which the concept of would be hard to explain in just words, so I'll have my gifs help again.

So you start the show and the REAL story starts about an episode in and you're like,
And then you realize, She's not going to get with the guy you want her to get together with, and you're like,

And then things start to work out and you're like,
And then they stop working out and you're like,

And then, even though things don't really work out, in the end you're like,

And by that I mean, "You successfully made me feel a very large range of emotions. well done."

Anyway, in other news, we went to a Japanese restaurant last night, and it was pretty totally delicious.

But maybe the best part was that the 20-some year old white people sitting next to me were debating about the differences and similarities between Avatar: The Last Airbender, and The Legend of Kora, which is the new show.

No I'm joking, the best part was the food because it was 진짜 맛있다.
Also watching those crazy people cook some crazy vegetables.

I'm pretty sure that yesterdays weather is my favorite kind of weather beside totally sunny weather. I know, crazy dark spring thunderstorms and sunny weather are totally different, but there's something about spring thunderstorms that are so cozy and wonderful. I just wanted to stay inside all day and do cool cozy stuff.

and then it stopped raining and we went shopping and it was cool and humid and it smelled like greeness.

On Saturday we did the market and it was a really really pretty day. We sold like a ton of plants. maybe 너무. People continue to make it sounds like 22 dollars for a basket that is beyond beautimus it way too expensive. I have a theory that more people would buy them if they were 25 dollars because everyone has 20 dollar bills from the ATM and they don't like to break a 20 for 2 dollars. I dunno. I hate breaking 20's.

Amy I can't wait until you get home. I will pass the time by learning both Ring Ding Dong and Replay, (did I mention I love SHINee?), and then we can dance them together.

We can also sing a song together. Something beautiful and english, maybe, but we should also learn Cotton Candy (maybe we need a kazoo or a ukelele.) and My Heaven.

One of Those Days

Today has been one of those days. You know, one of those days where, in the span of about 17 hours of wakeness, you question your existence mainly because:

1. At one point I wasn't hungry at the time I was supposed to be, so I started to think maybe I have a disease.
2. At another point I didn't have any energy and I hoped that it wouldn't last forever.
3. I tried to dance but I wasn't feelin' it, so then I thought, "I'm a horrible dancer, why am I so dumb? and untalented? WHY DO I LIVE!" (I loved the chonny gif, by the way. "Thats it. I'm just gonna be a garbage man.")

And then by the end of the day I realized that I'd gone from this
 to this,
About seventeen times.

And then I was sad because I was on the computer a lot and I couldn't seem to get happy off the computer, and I thought, "maybe I'll never be happy off the computer ever again."

Which really scared me. And then I realized, "I'm a teenager. This is supposed to happen every day, right?"

PFFT

Teenagerism, eat it!

All I have to say is I'd much rather be happy when I want to be happy and same with being hungry, having energy, and I wish I could just be a good dancer all the time.

Someday, Kai. Someday.

I pretty much wish I could just be inspired.....24/7.

Also its really hard to be inspired when you're hot. and our parents have recently decided, "no no no no no we will not turn on the air conditioner under any circumstances in April.", even though we live in Missouri and saying something like that is like say, "The temperature will stay the same all week."

OK well now that the mostly depressing part is over, time to tell you about all the other interesting stuff that happened today! Actually, nothing happened today except for what is happening right now, which is, enrolling in JCCC.

UGH. As inspired as I want to feel, I think I'm just now realizing...yeah....Juco is not going to make me love school or anything.

So anyway I'm enrolling for English, Sign Language, and.....Biology.

I'm also going to enroll for math too. Yippie, I'm so super excited to do that.

Being grown up isn't cool. It just hard and kind of aggravating.

But Y Si Fuera Ella by SHINee is helping. This song is beautiper.

I wrote a list of things to do when you're depressed and uninspired, and then I realized that they all had to do with doing something and listening to music or hanging out with awesome people....

I know I'll wake up tomorrow and be like,

and then do some dancing and totally own.

Good thing that's how it works, or I might just bury myself into a hole of shame and sadness.

In Which I Share Funny Pictures

because you really wouldn't believe how tired I am right now.

Since we're on a gif craze, its only appropriate that I add a few.

Also, I had to explain things like gifs, hashtags, trending topics, and memes to mom today. It took a while but I think she gets it, so thats another reason to have a gif or two.

This is what I feel like/do when its night time and I have to turn of the light in the basement.

When people say me and Amy look the same
How I do my hair after I get out of the shower.

Five people said they don't like my hair and I look like a boy.
How I feel when someone says, "No don't get up," right as/after I get up.

How I feel right now. So enthused.

This Weekend

I'm sorry to hear about all of your horrible problems with video editing programs. I've never been alone in the house so I haven't made a video yet. There's something weird about talking/singing to yourself when people can hear you. Well, actually, its weird no matter what, but I'd rather be weird with no one witnessing it.

I don't know about an XP's ability to run Windows Live Movie Maker, but I'll look into it. If it can't, I can download it on dads computer, which I'm actually using right now. I like it a lot except its huge and really light weight like it COULD be smaller, but it just isn't. Also, the keys are really loud. The reason I'm using his computer is because our laptops power cord broke, ONCE AGAIN. How many times has it broken? Like four times? I say we should just get a new computer, Its been like five years, but they don't this that. Even though sometimes when you turn it on, half the screen is black.

Anyway I made something awesome for you last night Amy, and you need to come back today to see it and take it back with you.

I know you're just dying to know what it is so here's a hint: I can't promise that it has nothing to do with something that has to do with Asian people.

Tehehehehe, you're never gonna get it (I realize that you might think that "teheheh" is another clue but its not. I will tell you outright that it is not anything that has anything to do with "TEE HEE")

You should also come back this weekend because Sydney might becoming over, but other than that we're going to be doing nothing ALL WEEKEND!!!! Beside church. And Sonni's baptism.

I might make you cookies if you come home today. Or I might make you a bagel.

"Glass of water, crust of bread." Name that movie.

"Yeah, I know," CHESTER KNOWWWS! You can name that movie too.

PEACE OUT.

Leading Up To Something Great. Don't Worry.

Its eleven o'clock and there is no possible way I can tell everything that has happened.

Actually nothing has really happened,

And that is why I was able to start and finish the Red Pyramid, today.

Mostly all that has be happening is getting excited about things that are going to happen in the next week, month, year etc.

There is no possible way I can review the Robin Hood movie that we saw yesterday, and the Red Pyramid and tell you about all the amazing things that are going to happen in the next week, month, year, etc.

And on top of all that I got married to the blog today, and it was just historic.

I'll post pictures when I get the time. Hopefully tomorrow, when I also hopefully have time to write a colossal post and make toga's for Saturday. (I'll explain later.) And explore a cyber class of World History (that too).

I just feel terribly guilty that Amy and I have less posts for this month than there are weeks in the month. I'm so sorry that we haven't been posting, I'm not going to say that we are busy, because the truth is we aren't.

Just neither of us want to venture down to the cold cave that sports both of the blogspot-not-blocked computers.

And that is the simple truth of it.

And I'm just so sorry, but I'll try harder in the future. Summer is supposed to be a care free and un-busy time, right?

A clue: No.

It always looks like that, coming right out of the school year, but the summer has its own annoying way of making itself less enticing than it looks from a distance.

So tomorrow, we shall connect for reals.

Easter Eggs

Happy Easter, everyone, even though its like two hours till Monday, and you probably won't see this until tomorrow, or the next day, or whenever, but I'm saying it anyway.

Today I woke up on the floor, with a giant stuffed animal dog, Frank, and a big whale, Panda, a T-shirt sheet wrapped around me, a Tiana blanket up against my face, and Trock On! playing softly in the background.

PERFECT. MORNING.

No, but this really did happen, and I was on the floor because I wanted to shake things up a little bit. (actually, I was on the floor because my MP3 player is out of batteries/half broken, and I didn't have time to charge it up, and so I was going to listen to a CD in my coolio big hunky the-speakers-aren't-attached-to-the-main-body CD player, but its super hard to unplug and bring next to my bed, so I decided to move myself to it, instead of moving it to me.) And then after a while I realized that it was, magically, EASTER MORNING!

hu-rah!

Then I got up and helped clean the house while sneakily checking around for eggs, even though we were supposed to clean the house, and then do the hunting.

I know what you're thinking.

(1) Aren't egg hunts supposed to be outside?

Yeah, they usually are, but I think how it happened that we started having them inside is because (a) the grass is a really dumb place to hide eggs unless you are like two and can't see above the level of the grass, and (b) because its always windy outside, for some reason, on easter, and (c) inside is just more cozy and nice.

(2) You're the youngest, Michelle, and you're like 14 or something, why are you still doing egg hunts?

The whole 'little kids do this and big kids do that' is almost as bad as the 'girls do this and boys do that'/ non-mixing. Infact, its worse.

So then I got a lot of candy, and somehow managed to eat it before the afternoon was up.

Then we had some family over and la-deda-deda, then we watched X-men. eheheh.

Oh oh! When me and Amy were sitting in the waiting room at dance, there were these two little like seven year-old girls talking about Easter. One of them was talking about Jesus, and the other one was talking about candy. Neither of them cared what the other had to say, they both just wanted the other to hear them. The one that was talking about Jesus suddenly said, "You know why they have eggs for Easter? Because of God. Three Gods, One God. Three things in an egg, one egg." (yoke, shell, white)

Mind status. BLOWN.

Yeah, so Easter (resurrection) was set on the day dedicated to the god of fertility, and all of the fertility-god signs stuck, like the rabbit, and the eggs, and so I always thought that the egg was a totally different thing that had nothing to do with resurrection and such. It was so cool! And she was only like seven!

I wish that I was that cool when I was seven. But I wasn't. All I did was cry and brag about anything I could. And cry some more. And throw another fit.

Little last note, we went to see Clash of the Titans last night, and I really liked it. Everyone, go see it. Ignore rotten tomatoes and all the other reviews and go see it. Also ignore Amy who will soon write a post-review about it and say that the acting was a little "wooden".

The only thing was the mythology was a little messed up... First, Hades didn't create the Kraken to help bring down the titans, in fact, he didn't create the Kraken at all (BTW, Ralph Fiennes as Hades. PERFECT), Zeus and the other gods defeated the Titans by sheer coolness and lightning bolts and such.

Then, Io had nothing to do with Perseus. At the time of him, she was being chased around the desert somewhere around Egypt as a cow by a mayfly.

And YOU MIGHT NOT WANT TO READ THIS IF YOU PLAN TO SEE THE MOVIE. SPOILER SPOILER. Andromeda and Perseus really did get together, duh! Thats the whole reason he defeated the Kraken and killed Medusa (way better as Uma Thurman) was so that he could get back his lady, who was being chained to a rock to be sacrificed to "A terrible sea monster" as all of the mythology places say.

Something tells me that the Kraken wasn't really a Greek Mythology thing...

AAAANNYWAY go see it, even if you do have a problem with Sam Worthington not being Australian again and failing, again, at an accent of any type. I mean, He's Sam Worthington, who cares about his accent? ITS AUSTRALIAN! Who cares what anyone accents are supposed to be if they are Australian. Australians are awesome. Almost as cool as the British.

Cooler than America.

Cooler than New Zealand,

But not as good as Britain.

So, happy Easter, all, even though this is a little late for that.

Eat a lemon,

-Michelle
